Our gymnastics schedule is structured around sessions. A session is one class, once a week, for four weeks (Learn more about sessions). Please review the schedule below and select the day and time that suits your family best.
During the first week, the gymnast will concentrate on the floor events: The forward roll station, the backward roll station, the headstand station, the cartwheel station, the low beam stations, and the trampoline.
The second week, in addition to the previous week's stations, the gymnast and instructor will focus on the balance beam.
The third week the gymnast will get on the bars with the instructor.
The fourth week the gymnast and instructor will practice the vault.
